Meeting with potential clients
Understanding a brief, which details what the space will be used for, and finding out clients’ ideas and requirements
Space planning through layout plans, preparing mood boards, sourcing for materials and prepare quotation for client.
Plan project schedule
Coordinate with other professionals such as contractors, architects, engineers, plumbers, and other related partners to ensure job success.
Inspect renovation work on site to ensure its adherence to the design plans and handover completed work to client

Strong in Interior Design conceptualizations.
Good communication skills
Creative with a strong sense for colors and textures
Pleasant working attitude, self motivated, hardworking and passionate
Able to prioritize work, multi-tasking and follow-up with an eye for detail
Entry level specialized in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent preferred.
Proficiency in Autocad, VRay, Sketchup (3D Max, Photoshop, AI will be added bonus)
